Terms of Service

I. GENERAL TERMSπŸ’– Please write in a clear and nice manner. Provide neat references.
These include art, written descriptions, pictures / picrews, colour palettes, and Pinterest boards. Note: Send me as much as you like, I don’t mind the spam.
πŸ’– Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.πŸ’– Commission works cannot be used by / or in association with NFTs or AI usage.πŸ’– If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.II. PAYMENTπŸ’– All commissions must all be paid in full upfront if under 50 dollars USD.
πŸ’– Commissions above will be paid half upfront, half after the finished product has been sent.
πŸ’– The currency accepted is USD unless stated otherwise. Payment can be sent via PayPal or Kofi.
πŸ’– Tips, while not necessary, are appreciated and can be sent via PayPal or Kofi.
III. PROCESS/WIPSπŸ’– Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it, however, I intend to send out WIPs to keep you updated. WIPs might be given as well if I, the artist, have a question about the commission.πŸ’– The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months depending on many factors such as: health, order of commission wait list, complexity, work, personal issues. If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified ASAP.πŸ’– Faster or exact date to finish can be discussed. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.πŸ’– Any great changes will come with an extra charge such as an outfit change, background change, anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.IV. RIGHTS / USAGE
πŸ’– The client and associated person maintain the ownership of any original characters used in the work.
πŸ’– The client does not have permission or rights to use the work in for-profit media or merchandise (ie "commercial use") unless negotiated otherwise. Additional commercial use fees can be negotiated on case-by-case basis.
NOTE: Usage of work for podcast/stream assets (example: actual plays) are not considered commercial use.
πŸ’– The artist maintains the right to post works in portfolios or on social media.
